Community Standards
Version 1.0
Last updated: July 31, 2026
Our communities exist to help people grow
Guidra exists to help people live and lead with greater clarity, intention and purpose.
Our communities are built on trust. They are places where people may discuss personal goals, leadership challenges, relationships, health, business, successes and failures. Many of these conversations are deeply personal.
Everyone who participates shares responsibility for protecting that environment.
These Community Standards explain the behaviour we expect from everyone using Guidra communities, circles, coaching spaces, events and other shared experiences.
By participating in any Guidra community, you agree to follow these Standards in addition to the Guidra Terms & Conditions.
1. Respect Others
Treat everyone with respect.
Healthy disagreement is welcome.
Personal attacks are not.
You must not:
- bully or intimidate others;
- harass another member;
- threaten violence;
- encourage self-harm;
- discriminate against another person;
- deliberately provoke conflict;
- repeatedly disrupt conversations;
- stalk or target another member.
Be especially respectful when someone shares something vulnerable.
2. Protect the Circle of Trust
Many conversations inside Guidra happen because members believe they are speaking in a trusted environment.
Respect that trust.
Unless the original author has given permission, you should not:
- copy another person’s posts;
- publish screenshots;
- forward conversations;
- share photographs;
- quote discussions;
- distribute community content outside the relevant Guidra community.
People should be able to participate without worrying that their words will later appear elsewhere.
3. Be Honest
We value honesty over appearance.
Do not:
- impersonate another person;
- pretend to hold qualifications you do not have;
- falsely claim experience;
- deliberately mislead other members;
- use fake testimonials;
- manipulate discussions;
- create fake accounts.
4. Respect Intellectual Property
Only share content that you have the right to share.
You are responsible for ensuring that your posts do not infringe another person’s rights.
Do not upload or publish content that:
- has been plagiarised;
- infringes copyright;
- infringes trademarks;
- has been copied without permission;
- unlawfully reproduces books, courses, videos, software or other protected works.
You remain responsible for resolving any claim arising from content that you publish.
5. Keep Communities Constructive
Guidra is not designed around outrage or engagement farming.
Contribute in ways that help others.
Where possible:
- ask thoughtful questions;
- share genuine experiences;
- encourage others;
- challenge ideas respectfully;
- celebrate progress.
Avoid deliberately creating hostility or unnecessary division.
6. Coaches and Professionals
Members offering professional services are expected to maintain high standards.
In particular:
- accurately describe qualifications and experience;
- avoid exaggerated claims;
- avoid guaranteeing outcomes;
- be honest about limitations;
- disclose relevant conflicts of interest where appropriate.
Misleading or deceptive behaviour may result in suspension or permanent removal from Guidra.
7. Commercial Activity
Unless Guidra has expressly authorised it, you should not use our communities primarily to:
- advertise products;
- send unsolicited promotions;
- recruit members into unrelated schemes;
- spam discussions;
- harvest customer leads;
- scrape contact details.
Members should never feel that participation in Guidra means being sold to.
8. Illegal or Harmful Content
Do not post content that is unlawful or encourages unlawful activity.
This includes content involving:
- fraud;
- scams;
- copyright infringement;
- violence;
- terrorism;
- child exploitation;
- illegal drugs;
- malicious software;
- identity theft.
9. Reporting Concerns
If you believe someone has breached these Standards, you should report the matter using the reporting tools available within Guidra.
We review reports as fairly as reasonably possible.
Not every disagreement is a breach of these Standards.
10. How We Moderate
Guidra may:
- review reports;
- request additional information;
- remove content;
- restrict visibility;
- temporarily suspend accounts;
- permanently remove members;
- remove coaches;
- remove community leaders;
- remove access to programmes, circles or events.
Moderation decisions are made with the aim of protecting the wider community.
11. Appeals
Where appropriate, Guidra may allow members to appeal moderation decisions.
Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that a decision will be changed.
12. Changes to these Standards
These Community Standards may change as Guidra develops.
The latest version will always be available through Guidra and on our website.
Continued participation in Guidra communities constitutes acceptance of the current version of these Standards.
